Questions?

Can I bring in jobs from my old system?

Yes — CSV import for jobs, customers, and slabs. We'll also help with custom migrations from most major stone software if you need it.

Does the field link work on any device?

Yes. Crew links work on any device with a browser — phones, tablets, laptops. Check items, take photos, everything syncs in real time.

Does Lithiq work on tablets and phones?

Yes. Lithiq is built mobile-first. The 3D viewer, field plans, approvals, and photo uploads all work on phones and tablets. Crew links need no app store or account — just open the URL.

What CNC formats do you export?

DXF, SVG, and standard CNC toolpath formats. We also export 3D layouts as STL or OBJ if you want to preview in other tools.

Can a client see their layout without making an account?

Yes — share a public link (with optional password). They can rotate, zoom, leave comments, and approve on any device. No sign-up required.

How much storage do I get for slab photos?

Unlimited photo uploads on all plans. Individual file size limits apply but we support full-res slab images.

Can I put my own logo on quotes?

Yes — quotes use your shop's logo, colors, and branding. You can also customize line items, payment terms, and deposit requirements per template.
